  4. I know my answer will probably be some what controversial, but here goes.

    IF your child is going to have a food allergy it is not going to be because YOU ate something while pregnant. It is usually hereditary.

    I eat peanut butter and seafood and berries and tomatoes and dairy etc… ALL the time and NONE of my 3 going on 4 kids have food allergies.

    As far as not introducing certain things to babies until they are a year old I think is a load of BS. All of my kids were off formula/breast milk at 5.5-6 months and they are all fine. They started to eat everything we ate. I didn’t make them anything special and I didn’t totie to the jar baby food either. Again ALL of my kids are perfectly fine.

    Dr.’s are so over rated now a days. What ever happend to common sense?
